Karen Hamilton is a native Delawarean, having lived in Sussex County for over 40 years.  Karen’s career began with Corporate Client Relations in the Internet and Fulfillment industry.  She continued her work in Call Center Client Relations in New Castle County until 2001.

KAREN is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, the Delaware Association of REALTORS, and the Sussex County Association of REALTORS. In her first year as a real estate agent, I was nominated and accepted onto Callaway Farnell and Moore’s Board of Directors as a result of her sales and commitment to the field. She has also earned her designation as a SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist).
KAREN is one of only approximately 11,000 Realtors in the country with the special ability to deal with the real estate needs of our growing senior population.

In 2007, KAREN completed a specific course of study to learn Spanish to assist an increasingly diverse cultural community.

Today, KAREN and her family are residents of Seaford, and enjoy spending their leisure time at the local beaches, ball parks, and golf courses.
